Descriptions :

The FSC-100 is the brand new model of extended reach horizontal drilling which cultivated since we performed geological survey boring in the Seikan tunnel. This drill rig makes it possible to drill horizontally over 1000 m by using a hole-deviation measuring instrument and drilling tools designed for it.

This is a layout conceptual diagram of FSC-100 for long horizontal drilling. In addition to the pump, mud tank, etc., which are similar to ordinary drilling, a hole bending measurement sensor unit for performing horizontal boring of 1000 meters and computer equipment for measuring it are installed. A downhole motor, a dedicated drilling tool, controls the rotation of the vent with water pressure.
